Maintenance Engineer

Location: Brindleyplace Birmingham
Salary: Up to 38000 per annum
Contract: Full Time Permanent Static Site

Atlas Workplace Services is looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our on-site team at the prestigious Brindley Place development in Birmingham.

This is a static position where you will be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) statutory compliance tasks and reactive maintenance across the site. While the role is electrically biased you will also support other building services disciplines where appropriate helping to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the property.

Working as part of a dedicated site team you will provide a high-quality maintenance service ensuring all works are completed in line with contractual requirements and customer expectations.

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Undertake fault finding repairs and minor works across electrical and associated building services systems.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in compliance with site procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong working relationships with client representatives and colleagues.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and the wider engineering team.
• Assist with identifying labour and material requirements for minor works quotations.
• Liaise with managers supervisors support teams and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
• Maintain accurate records through the Maximo CAFM system and ensure all work activities are correctly logged.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in the sites out-of-hours call-out rota when required.
