Maintenance Assistant

Location: THE PIG Hotel Brockenhurst SO42 7QL

Salary: OTE 14.45 per hour including tronc

Hours: 35 hours per week over 5 days.

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our dedicate maintenance team.

As a Maintenance Assistant you will work as part of a small team cohesively maintaining the functionality efficiency health & safety of the hotel. The ability to manage preventative maintenance is key along with knowledge and understanding of fire safety.

You will be required to be hands on expressing a can do attitude. Most of the responsibilities will involve basic repairs of damaged facilities equipment painting and decorating at times you may be required to help the Maintenance Manager coordinate renovations and additional projects.

Experience in a similar role is preferred along with any qualifications or exposure to PAT testing electrics plumbing fire safety carpentry plant room management health and safety.
