We are currently recruiting for a Mailroom Administrator to provide short-term cover at a busy and professional working environment in Elstree.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual with strong administration skills and experience working in a mailroom logistics or facilities environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving checking and processing incoming parcels and deliveries
Preparing and dispatching outgoing shipments
Maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail and parcels
Providing excellent customer service to staff visitors and contractors
Carrying out manual handling duties safely and efficiently
Using computer systems to record and track deliveries
Ensuring the mailroom is kept organised and operating efficiently
Supporting the wider facilities team as required
Requirements:
Previous administration mailroom or logistics experience is desirable
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good level of computer literacy
Ability to undertake manual handling tasks
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Reliable professional and able to work independently
