Part-Time Immediate Start Available

20 hours per week (11am-3pm Monday to Friday all-year round)

From 12.71 per hour (dependant on qualifications)

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Lunchtime Assistant to join our welcoming team in Wellingborough. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on childcare experience who is passionate about early years education and creating a nurturing environment for young children to thrive.

While this position is open to unqualified applicants previous experience working within a nursery preschool or early years setting is essential.

As a Lunchtime Assistant you will play a key role in supporting childrens learning development and wellbeing. Working as part of a collaborative team you will help deliver engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework ensuring a safe stimulating and inclusive environment for every child.

• Supporting the daily care and supervision of children aged 05

• Assisting in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities

• Promoting childrens social emotional and physical development

• Maintaining high standards of safeguarding health and safety

• Building positive relationships with children parents and colleagues

• Contributing to observations and learning journals where required
