We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic English Teacher (ECT) to join a thriving independent school in Gloucester this September.

The role will involve:

Teaching English across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with opportunities to contribute at Key Stage 5 where appropriate)
Planning and delivering engaging lessons that develop students reading writing analytical and communication skills
Inspiring students through a rich and diverse range of literature and encouraging a lifelong love of reading
Supporting students to develop confidence creativity and critical thinking
Contributing to a supportive and collaborative English department
Taking part in the wider life of the school including enrichment activities clubs and co-curricular opportunities
