Job Summary

As a Logistics Supervisor you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day logistics and cellar operations across the Etihad Campus.
Youll ensure stock is received stored and distributed efficiently across multiple outlets supporting both retail and hospitality operations during events and match days.
This is a hands-on role working closely with the wider logistics team to maintain stock accuracy support operational readiness and ensure service runs smoothly across the venue.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support & Logistics Support the day-to-day running of cellar and logistics operations across site ensuring stock is received stored distributed and maintained in line with event and operational requirements.

Stock Control & Inventory Carry out stock checks monitor stock levels support deliveries and ordering processes and help maintain strong stock accuracy while minimising wastage.

Event Operations & Set-Up Support event set-up and closedown activity ensuring all operational areas are fully stocked organised and ready for service delivery.

Team Support & Shift Coordination Support casual and operational teams during events helping allocate tasks maintain standards and drive a positive working environment during busy periods.

Health & Safety & Cross-Functional Working Follow all health & safety and licensing procedures while working closely with Hospitality Retail and Culinary teams to support smooth operations across the campus.

Skills Knowledge & Expertise

Essential
  • Experience in logistics warehouse cellar or stock control within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and support high-volume operations
  • Basic IT skills (Excel / stock systems)
  • Flexible approach to working hours including evenings and weekends
Desirable
  • Experience in stadium arena or large-scale events environment
  • Knowledge of beverage stock and cellar operations
  • Forklift licence or relevant certifications
  • Food safety or health & safety training
