Role: Logistics Operative Reach Driver
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Mon to Fri 0900-1730 1 in 4 Saturdays

Purpose Of the Role:
To support the efficient day-to-day operation of warehouse activities ensuring the safe handling storage and movement of goods while maintaining high standards of accuracy productivity and customer service.
- Responsible for the safe loading and unloading of vehicles
- Accurately checking and verifying all load documentation
- Labelling goods and transporting them to designated storage areas
- Working collaboratively with team members to support daily operations
- Maintaining high housekeeping standards and ensuring MHE (Material Handling Equipment) is kept clean and serviceable
- Carrying out handballing and de-topping of goods as required
- Using scanning systems to accurately record and track pallet movements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong planning and organisational abilities
- Effective problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with a strong level of accuracy
- Proficient IT skills
- Committed to delivering a high standard of customer service
- Strong time management skills
- Adaptable and able to respond positively to change
- Confident and approachable manner
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating a reach truck (D2 licence)
