Logistics Finance Coordinator
Salary: 28000 - 30000 per annum
AAT (or studying towards) with finance/accounts experience Your attention to detail and understanding of invoices VAT costs and financial records will be highly valued in this role where finance and international logistics come together.
Location: Rugeley(fully office-based)
Job Type: Full-time Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am 5pm

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning of inbound container shipments.
- Coordinate deliveries with warehouses customers and shipping partners.
- Monitor vessel schedules and manage any shipment delays.
- Process import documentation customs paperwork duty and VAT information.
- Update SAP and maintain accurate shipment records.
- Check and process freight invoices resolving any discrepancies.
- Communicate delivery updates with internal teams and external partners.
- Previous experience in logistics supply chain imports or planning.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Excel (SAP experience is advantageous).
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive reliable team player with excellent communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
o AAT Qualification or prepared to study towards this.
o Preferential experience within the Logistics sector.
