This is an exciting customer-facing role where youll work with customers suppliers freight partners and internal teams to keep products moving across the UK and Europe.

Every day is different. Youll be responsible for:

• Coordinating deliveries across the UK and Europe
• Building strong relationships with customers suppliers and logistics partners
• Managing transport bookings and monitoring deliveries
• Resolving customer enquiries quickly and professionally
• Supporting inventory forecasting and supply chain planning
• Maintaining accurate ERP and logistics records
• Working closely with Sales Procurement Customer Service and Finance
• Identifying smarter ways of working and driving continuous improvement

Youll be at the centre of the operation ensuring customers receive outstanding service whilst keeping our supply chain running efficiently.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office particularly Excel

Previous experience within Logistics Supply Chain Transport Customer Service or Operations would be beneficial but were equally interested in ambitious individuals with the right attitude and a desire to learn.
