Locum Haematology & Biochemistry BMS

Banding: Band 7

Duration: Ongoing

Working Pattern: Core hours only

Hourly Rate: 29 - 32

We are currently seeking a Band 7 Biomedical Scientist specialising in Haematology & Biochemistry to join our clients team in London. This is a full-time ongoing position working shifts offering a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to contribute to a busy and well-established laboratory service.

Key Responsibilities

You will perform routine Haematology and Biochemistry duties across various shifts: 07:30 to 16:00 08:00 to 16:30 10:00 to 18:30 and 12:30 to 21:00

Qualifications and Experience

- Skills/Experience required:
- Recent experience in Chemistry and Haematology lab essential
- Good communication skills including handling telephone enquiries and liaising within the team
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow SOPs
- Ability to troubleshoot issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
