About You
ECL are seeking a Local Business Manager to motivate support and lead the West Sussex South Team
The role will require management and leadership skills to enable you and your team to deliver emerging strategies In West Sussex.
You will be responsible for giving direction to employees and volunteers daily coordination and development of the services through influencing key stakeholders with a strong focus on choice and control for customers.
To To succeed in this role you need:
To have previous experience of managing and leading a team
Previous experience of working in health or social care setting
A proven track record of budget management in order to deliver a cost-effective service and maximise income opportunities
To work flexibly and collaboratively across structural boundaries
To be aware of the market dynamics and emerging opportunities and work collaboratively
To be friendly approachable supportive and adaptable to change
To have a full driving licence and access to a car
