We are looking for a Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team.
We are looking for a live-in Kaplan Living Wellbeing Coordinator to live within our student accommodation and become an integral part of the daily lives of our students with particular focus on supporting those under the age of 18. As the Kaplan Living U18s Wellbeing Coordinator your presence will contribute significantly to ensuring that our students feel safe comfortable and part of the residential community.
This role is available to full time current university students who are in at least year 2 of study. Your course must last the duration of the academic year you are applying for.

Evidence of being interested in and committed to supporting the welfare of young persons
Open and approachable manner empathetic nature with good listening skills and high intercultural awareness
Strong communication skills including clear spoken English with ability to grade language appropriately for non-native speakers
Be resilient and have good understanding of how to maintain professional boundaries and relationships with other residents living in the property
Ability to receive understand and convey information clearly and able to produce clear written communication including incident reports
Prompt to act and escalate as needed when issues arise and empathetic and proactive in following up issues to resolution
Commitment to learning and following agreed guidelines and procedures
Works in close partnership with other team members building trust and rapport ensuring timely regular exchange of information and communication
