Litigation Solicitor (3-4 PQE)

Joining a busy and growing litigation department you will manage your own caseload while working closely with senior solicitors and partners on more complex matters.

• Managing a caseload of civil and property litigation matters
• Conducting litigation from instruction through to resolution
• Drafting pleadings witness statements and settlement agreements
• Advising clients on dispute resolution strategies
• Attending hearings mediations and negotiations where appropriate
• Maintaining high standards of client care and case management
• Supporting business development initiatives and networking activities
• Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and profitably

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• 3-4 years PQE within Litigation
• Strong experience handling civil litigation matters
• Experience in property litigation would be highly advantageous
• Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent drafting negotiation and advocacy skills
• Strong client relationship management experience
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development

• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Property possession claims
• Contract disputes
• Debt recovery matters
• Professional negligence claims
• Mediation and alternative dispute resolution

This role would suit a commercially focused solicitor who is comfortable working within a fee-generating environment.

• Ability to manage a profitable caseload
• Understanding of billing and utilisation targets
• Confidence in maintaining strong client relationships and generating repeat business

• Salary: 50000 - 65000 per annum (dependent upon experience and billing capability)
