What Youll Do:

As a Life Enrichment Assistant youll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:

  • Planning executing and promoting engaging community activities and events tailored to resident interests talents and hobbies.
  • Creating and developing activity plans schedules and promotional materials.
  • Meeting with prospective families or residents coordinating move-ins and facilitating new resident orientations.
  • Assisting with the creation of community newsletters promotions and social media posts for company websites
  • Building positive relationships with residents their families and team members.

What Were Looking For:

  • 1 year of experience in activity development planning and execution within a senior living or related industry (preferred).
  • Experience caring for individuals with cognitive and memory-care needs.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
  • Compassionate communication and teamwork skills.
