Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall daily operations of the skilled nursing facility
• Oversee compliance with state federal and CMS regulations
• Supervise and mentor multidisciplinary teams including nursing social services and support staff
• Drive quality assurance performance improvement and systems stabilization
• Manage budgets financial performance and resource allocation
• Promote strong resident engagement family communication and community relationships

What Were Looking For

• Active state licenseas a Nursing Home Administrator (required)
• Minimum 2 years experienceas an Administrator in a skilled nursing facility
• Strong knowledge ofregulatory compliance surveys and best practices
• Financial and operational management experience in Long Term Care
• Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skill
