We are looking for an enthusiastic dynamic and proactive Qualified Level 3 Pre school Assistantto join our supportive and collaborative team. You will encourage our children to be unique foster their curiosity and support them on a journey of discovery enabling them to be inquisitive and confident learners.
As a Preschool Assistantyoull immerse yourself with our stimulating Early Years Foundation Stage and engage in learning through creative play. The ability to sing in tune is not necessary; however the ability to sing out of tune in front of children is essential.
You will be extremely well supported working alongside a committed team of practitioners and teachers. Its not necessarily the length of your experience as a Pre school Assistant that were most interested in its your passion and commitment to our mission ensuring every child whatever their background receives a high quality education.
The ideal Pre school Assistantwill be someone who is:
* A great communicator and team player with excellent interpersonal skills
* Committed to helping develop an exciting and nurturing learning environment with indoor and outdoor activities
* Passionate about education and has the ability to plan for childrens development
* Able to observe and plan activities for children in a small group
* Able to write accurate and effective assessments which reflect the needs interests and stages of development of the child
