They are looking for an experienced Lettings Valuer who will have the get up and go and motivation to really drive the business forward in generating new landlord business carrying out valuations and winning the business!

Main Duties for the Lettings Valuer Role:

• Presenting for new business on valuation appointments
• Take on appointments
• Marketing properties via their CRM system
• Remarket valuation appointments and liaising with Landlords
• Desktop valuations
• Working referrals and leads
• Seeking out and generating new business
• Carrying out viewings

Skills Required:

• Experience working in a residential lettings business in a valuer role
• A proven track record in that role
• A sound professional knowledge of lettings legislation especially compliance
• Be enthusiastic energetic professional hungry for business and a genuine people person
