A residential property business is seeking an organised and customer-focused Lettings & Tenancy Coordinator to join its Bushey office. This role would suit someone who enjoys administration coordinating processes and supporting landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy journey.

The successful candidate will be responsible for progressing tenant applications coordinating referencing arranging pre-tenancy requirements and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.

Working closely with the lettings and property management teams you will help ensure a smooth transition from offer agreed through to move-in while maintaining regular communication with landlords tenants and contractors.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings & Tenancy Coordinator:

  • Manage tenancy administration from offer agreed through to move-in including referencing and tenancy documentation
  • Liaise with landlords tenants contractors and internal departments to ensure all parties are kept informed throughout the process
  • Arrange and monitor pre-tenancy repairs maintenance works inventories and compliance requirements
  • Maintain accurate records across lettings and property management systems ensuring all documentation is up to date
  • Support tenants through the move-in process and respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Conduct property visits when required including inspections meter readings key management and contractor access arrangements
