Lettings / Sales Negotiator - Manchester - up to 28k basic Commission

A great and rare opportunity to join this leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the area for over 15 years and have built up an impressive reputation. Due to continued growth they are looking for a Lettings / Sales Negotiatorwho is passionate organized well presented is fast thinking and has initiative enjoys being part of a small team.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Arranging and conducting lettings and sales viewings at properties
• Arrange check outs
• Maintain and update applicant database
• Negotiate and handle lettings and sales offer
• Handling tenant applications and referencing
• Completing inspections
• Qualify telephone and website leads
• Creating marketing materials
• Liaising with tenants and maintenance contractors
• Handling complaints
• Respond to any queries or issues from both tenants and landlords or third parties
• Provide excellent customer service
• Diary management
• Supporting property management if required to cover
• Sourcing new business and seeing through to completion.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships
• Promoting the company brand professionally
• Assisting with valuations

Key Requirements

• A full clean UK driving license
• Strong organizational skills
• Professional attitude
• 12 months Property Management & Lettings experience an advantage
• Local area knowledge
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant law
• Fully computer literate

Working full time hours - Monday-Friday 8.45am 5.00pm with 1 hour lunch.
