A Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator is required to join a busy residential lettings team in the Worthing area. This role would suit an experienced lettings professional or someone with strong sales and customer service experience. (Monday to Friday)

Youll handle tenant enquiries arrange and conduct property viewings progress applications and support the lettings process through to move-in. The role also includes property inspections and offers the opportunity to develop your career with full training and ongoing professional support.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator

• Handle tenant enquiries and match applicants to suitable properties
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Progress applications and referencing through to move-in
• Liaise with landlords tenants and other parties throughout the lettings process
• Carry out property inspections and provide feedback where required
• Generate new business and support the wider lettings team with achieving targets

• Previous experience in lettings estate agency sales or a customer-facing role
• Senior-level lettings experience for candidates applying at Senior Negotiator level
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident using IT systems and property software
• Proactive positive and customer-focused approach
• Genuine can-do attitude with the ability to work as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car
