Monday to Friday Every Other Saturday (Day in Lieu Provided)
Full UK Driving Licence & Own Vehicle Required

We are currently recruiting for an ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join a market leading independent estate agency based in Maidenhead.

This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with estate agency lettings property or sales experience looking to join a well established and highly respected business covering Berkshire and Middlesex.

The company has built a strong reputation within residential lettings property management and estate agency services offering excellent career progression ongoing training and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Registering applicants and matching tenants to suitable rental properties
Carrying out property viewings across Maidenhead and surrounding areas
Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
Generating new business opportunities and winning instructions
Building strong relationships with landlords tenants and applicants
Managing the lettings process from enquiry through to move in
Keeping CRM systems updated and maintaining excellent customer service standards
Working closely with the wider sales and property management teams

Requirements

Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator Estate Agent Sales Negotiator or within a customer facing sales role preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target driven and motivated attitude
Professional and well presented
Ability to work within a fast paced estate agency environment
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential

Whats on Offer

26000 basic salary
35000 On Target Earnings
Monday to Friday working
Every other Saturday with a day in lieu
