What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Lettings Negotiator:

• Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancy agreements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Generate new business opportunities through networking referrals and marketing activity
• Progress tenancies from offer agreed through to move-in
• Support the Lettings Manager in achieving departmental targets and objectives
• Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and company procedures

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential lettings is essential
• Proven track record in negotiating and agreeing tenancies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Target-driven with a proactive and motivated approach
• Good knowledge of current lettings legislation and industry regulations
• Well organised with strong administrative and time management skills
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle preferred
