Lettings Negotiator

Location: Bracknell

Salary: 25000 Basic

OTE: 35000 (Uncapped)

Hours: Full Time Every 3rd Saturday (Day in Lieu During the Week)

Were looking for a motivated and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join a high-performing team in Bracknell. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with estate agency experience who enjoys building relationships generating new business and helping clients find their ideal property.

As a Lettings Negotiator you will:

Register applicants and match them to suitable rental properties

Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers

Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Generate new business opportunities and landlord instructions

Manage applicant enquiries and maintain an active database

Support the progression of tenancies from offer through to move-in

Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process

Work towards individual and branch performance targets

Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator Estate Agent or in Residential Lettings

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

A proactive target-driven and customer-focused approach

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

Full UK Driving Licence

Own vehicle

25000 basic salary

35000 realistic OTE with uncapped commission
