Leading the day-to-day operation of the lettings department you will be responsible for managing and developing a high-performing team while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

The role offers the opportunity to drive new business generation grow market share oversee the full lettings process and ensure compliance with current industry legislation while maintaining strong client relationships and achieving branch targets.

Previous experience in the lettings industry is essential.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Manager:

• Leading motivating and developing a lettings team to achieve performance targets
• Overseeing the lettings process from instruction through to tenancy commencement
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords tenants and prospective clients
• Generating new business opportunities and growing the managed portfolio
• Conducting market appraisals and providing lettings valuations
• Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and industry regulations

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in a senior lettings position ideally at Assistant Manager or Lettings Manager level
• Proven track record of managing developing and motivating a successful team
• Experience conducting rental valuations and winning new instructions
• Strong knowledge of the residential lettings market and relevant legislation
• Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Commercially minded with a strong focus on business development and results
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
• Professional organised and customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail
