Our client is seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of their lettings department in Isleworth. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of a growing portfolio while working closely with the business owners and wider lettings team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing landlords driving new business generation securing additional instructions and ensuring high service standards across the department.

This role would suit an ambitious lettings professional who enjoys building lasting client relationships leading from the front and contributing to the continued growth and success of a busy branch.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Manager:

• Managing the day-to-day operation of the lettings department
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing landlords
• Winning new instructions and growing the lettings portfolio
• Conducting rental valuations and converting business opportunities
• Working closely with the property management and lettings coordination teams
• Driving departmental performance while maintaining high service standards

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in a Lettings Manager Assistant Manager or Senior Lettings role
• Proven ability to generate new business and secure instructions
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Commercial awareness with a results-driven approach
• Ability to take ownership and lead a department effectively
• Organised proactive and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
