What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Administrator:

  • Managing the lettings inbox answering telephone enquiries and providing a professional service to landlords tenants and contractors
  • Preparing tenancy agreements notices compliance documentation and maintaining accurate records throughout the tenancy process
  • Coordinating tenant referencing onboarding procedures and ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on time
  • Arranging property compliance requirements including gas safety certificates fire alarm servicing and contractor appointments
  • Updating the property management system maintaining property records logging keys and obtaining Land Registry documentation
  • Supporting the efficient day-to-day running of the office through filing data entry post management stationery ordering and marketing administration

  • Previous administration experience ideally within the property or lettings sector
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate documentation
  • Proactive self-motivated and able to work independently using initiative
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Calm and adaptable with the ability to work efficiently in a busy office environment
  • A positive friendly and customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills
