- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated comfort with data and analytics
- Experience working in Agile and fast-paced environments and managing multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously
- Proven experience working with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI) Excel PowerPoint and Word as well as CRM tools (e.g. )
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of confidence interacting with stakeholders and senior business professionals
- Superior time management ability and demonstrated experience as a self-starter with a commitment to delivering beyond expectations
- High-level understanding of the insurance and/or financial services sector
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use
- Undergraduate degree in a business-related field required
- Assist senior strategists in conducting market research and prototype market testing with customers and prospects to identify and validate new growth opportunities across customer product and market segments
- Support the development of detailed business cases including addressable market estimations and ARR projections for new initiatives
- Assist in defining and implementing commercial strategies in coordination with internal departments including Product GTM customer engagement sales and marketing
- Support senior market strategists in defining value propositions and high-level go-to-market plans based on market findings
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Moodys solutions and their value propositions
