Job Summary
Overview
The Leisure Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the leisure services offered within our establishment. This position is responsible for creating a welcoming environment that promotes guest satisfaction and engagement. The Leisure Supervisor will assist a team dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality experiences ensuring that all guests enjoy their time with us to the fullest.
Duties
- Develop and implement leisure strategies that cater to the interests of our guests.
- Oversee the daily operations of leisure facilities ensuring they are well-maintained and fully operational day to day.
- Supervise and train staff in guest services and standards.
- Maintain inventory of leisure equipment and supplies.
- Assist the Leisure club manager with all tasks relating to club memberships.
- Assist with the safe and effective management of pools on site.
Skills
- Proven skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Strong background in hospitality demonstrating an understanding of guest services and expectations.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to engage with guests and staff alike.
- Ability to problem-solve quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for leisure activities and a commitment to enhancing guest experiences through innovative programming.
