Salary band A: 25948 (includes RLW uplift) - 13.45ph
We are looking for a customer-focused Leisure Assistant to join our team at Framingham Earl Sports Centre. You will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the centre combining front-of-house responsibilities with the practical hands-on work of setting up and closing down the venue for a variety of community groups and users.
What youll be doing:
- Supervise the sports hall dance studios gymnasium grass and all weather Muga pitches.
- Promote passionately and enthusiastically the range of exercise classes we provide.
- Set up activities within the centre as diverse as archery and roller skating.
- Assist with show rounds from the public schools and new users.
- Ensure the centre is well run and ready for business.
Although based at Framingham Earl Sports centre our teams work across our 5 leisure centres and training may be provided at another venue so you will need to have your own means of transport and enjoy this flexible working style.
Framinghams operational hours are weekday evenings from 5pm 10pm and weekends from 8am 6pm.
