Legal Support Assistant
Job Summary
Type: Full Time Permanent
Location: Glasgow
Working Pattern: Minimum 2 days per week in the office 3 days remote
The Role
As a Legal Support Assistant you will provide high-quality administrative and client support to fee earners ensuring work is delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Working within a collaborative team you will manage tasks from start to finish coordinate workflows support client relationships and help maintain seamless service delivery.
Key Skills & Experience
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confident written and verbal communication skills
Proactive client-focused and able to work independently
Strong team player with a flexible approach
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
(Desirable) Experience in a legal or professional services environment
(Desirable) Experience supporting fee earners and using document/case management systems
Key Responsibilities
Manage document production and review work for quality and accuracy
Support clients fee earners and internal teams with day-to-day queries
Coordinate diaries meetings travel and administrative activities
Assist with business development pitches and presentations
Manage file opening/closing compliance tasks and matter administration
Support billing WIP management and other finance-related processes
Maintain accurate client and matter data across systems
Prepare reports spreadsheets correspondence and meeting minutes
The Team
You will join a collaborative Legal Support team working closely with fee earners and Business Services colleagues in a fast-paced environment where teamwork flexibility and exceptional client service are key.
