What We Offer

Salary:
Unqualified: 21.13 per hour plus holiday pay
Qualified: 25.34 per hour plus holiday pay

Contract Type: Variable Hours
Hours offered as required during term time with flexibility to support curriculum delivery.

What Youll Do

Deliver engaging and inclusive Sport and Public Services programmes across a range of vocational courses
Plan and deliver high-quality theory and practical sessions that develop learners knowledge skills fitness teamwork and leadership abilities
Prepare learners for progression into higher education apprenticeships employment and careers within the sport and public services sectors
Create a positive safe and motivating learning environment that promotes achievement and participation
Assess learner progress provide constructive feedback and support learners to achieve their individual goals and qualifications
Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to enhance curriculum delivery and enrichment opportunities
Maintain high standards of safeguarding health & safety equality diversity and professional practice

What Youll Bring

A relevant qualification at Level 3 or above in Sport Public Services Physical Education Coaching Fitness Uniformed Protective Services or a related subject area
Industry experience within sport fitness coaching uniformed services community sport or related sectors
Strong communication organisational and learner-support skills
A passion for vocational education and developing learners confidence skills and career aspirations
Teaching qualifications are welcomed but not essential
