What We Offer
Salary: Up to 24819 per year plus a Specialist Skills Shortage Bonus of 3000 pro rata (Depending on Skills Qualifications & Experience)
Contract Type: Permanent Part Time 22.5 hours per week 52 weeks per year

What Youll Do
Teach and assess learners across Plumbing & Heating programmes including full-time courses and apprenticeships
Deliver engaging practical sessions in workshop and classroom environments
Support learners in developing industry-standard skills knowledge and safe working practices
Embed current industry practices regulations and sustainability principles into teaching
Maintain high standards of health & safety safeguarding and professionalism
Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement
What Youll Bring
A Level 3 NVQ in Plumbing
Gas competency
An IQA & Assessors Award or a willingness to work towards one
Industry experience within Plumbing & Heating Engineering
Strong practical skills and up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations
Experience supporting or mentoring others either in the workplace or education
A teaching qualification is welcomed but if you dont have one yet well support you to achieve it while you work

Our diverse curriculum spans from Level 1 to Level 6 and we operate across four main campuses located in Trowbridge Chippenham Salisbury and Lackham which specialises in land-based education.
