What We Offer

Salary:
Unqualified: 21.13 per hour plus holiday pay
Qualified: 25.34 per hour plus holiday pay

Contract Type: Variable Hours
Hours offered as required during term time with flexibility to support curriculum delivery.

What Youll Do

Deliver engaging and inclusive Pathways programmes that support learners with a range of educational and additional support needs
Plan and deliver personalised learning activities that develop independence communication employability life skills and social development
Support learners to achieve individual targets and recognised qualifications where appropriate
Create a positive safe and nurturing learning environment that promotes confidence and progression
Work collaboratively with support staff parents/carers and external agencies to maximise learner outcomes
Maintain high standards of safeguarding health & safety equality diversity and professional practice

What Youll Bring

A relevant qualification at Level 3 or above in Education SEND Health & Social Care or a related subject Supported Learning or a related subject area
Experience working with young people and/or adults with additional learning needs SEND EHCPs or barriers to learning
Strong communication organisational and learner-support skills
A commitment to inclusive education and learner-centred approaches
Teaching qualifications are welcomed but not essential
