What We Offer

Salary:

Unqualified Lecturer: 21.13 per hour plus holiday pay
Qualified Lecturer: 25.34 per hour plus holiday pay

Contract Type: Variable Hours
Hours offered as required during term time with flexibility to support curriculum delivery

What Youll Do

  • Teach and assess learners across Hairdressing and related programmes at a range of levels
  • Deliver engaging industry-relevant theory and practical sessions in specialist salons
  • Prepare learners for careers within hairdressing barbering and the wider hair industry
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety safeguarding and professional practice
  • Inspire confidence creativity and professionalism in every learner

What Youll Bring

  • Relevant Hairdressing qualifications (Level 3 or above)
  • Strong industry experience within commercial salon or barbering environments
  • Up-to-date knowledge of hair techniques trends products and industry standards
  • Teaching qualifications are welcomed but not essential
