What We Offer
Salary:
Unqualified: 21.13 per hour plus holiday pay
Qualified: 25.34 per hour plus holiday pay
Contract Type: Variable Hours

What Youll Do
Deliver engaging hands-on Engineering teaching across levels from Level 1 to Level 3
Bring theory to life using real industry experience in mechanical electrical manufacturing and maintenance engineering
Teach practical workshop sessions including CAD machining fabrication fault-finding and technical drawing
Support learners into apprenticeships higher study or employment in engineering industries
Embed high standards of health & safety safeguarding and professional engineering practice
Inspire learners with real-world insight standards and expectations from industry
What Youll Bring
A background in Engineering (mechanical electrical manufacturing maintenance or related discipline)
Strong hands-on industry experience or previous teaching experience in further education
Relevant Level 3 qualifications in Engineering (or equivalent professional experience)
A passion for developing others and sharing real-world knowledge
Teaching qualifications are welcome but not essential support will be provided
