Contract Type: Full Time 37 hours per week 52 weeks per year

What Youll Do

Teach and assess learners across a range of Automotive programmes from entry level to Level 3
Deliver engaging practical workshop and classroom-based sessions
Support learners in developing technical competence confidence and employability skills
Use industry-relevant equipment and real-world examples to bring learning to life
Maintain high standards of health & safety safeguarding and learner wellbeing
Track learner progress assess practical and theoretical work and provide constructive feedback

What Youll Bring

A relevant Automotive qualification (Level 3 or above)
Strong industry knowledge across vehicle maintenance and repair
Experience working in the automotive industry and/or supporting learners or apprentices
A commitment to inclusive teaching and learner success
A teaching qualification is welcomed but if you dont yet have one well support you to gain it while you work

Wiltshire College & University Centre stands as the largest provider of further and higher education in Wiltshire significantly contributing to the local economy by equipping individuals with essential skills for success. Our diverse curriculum spans from Level 1 to Level 6 and we operate across four main campuses located in Trowbridge Chippenham Salisbury and Lackham which specialises in land-based education.
