The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant you will:

• Provide 1:1 and smallgroup support to pupils with additional learning needs

• Assist in delivering tailored interventions across KS3 and KS4

• Help create an inclusive engaging classroom environment

• Work closely with teachers and the SEND team to support progress

• Contribute positively to the wider school community

The Ideal Learning Support Assistant

• A caring patient and motivated individual

• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting young people

• Previous experience working with children or SEN is desirable but not essential

• A proactive team player eager to develop as a Learning Support Assistant
