In our Trust aLearning Support Assistant (LSA) SENDis far more than classroom support; you are a key architect in building a childs confidence independence and agency. We are seeking an empathetic proactive team player who can help break down barriers to learning run targeted interventions and create an environment where every child feels supported to take on new challenges.

Builds warm positive and respectful relationships with pupils.

Works collaboratively with class teachers to support high-quality learning and classroom management.
Confidently delivers targeted one-to-one or small-group interventions in literacy numeracy or wellbeing.
