Plympton Academy is seeking to appoint a highly organised and proactive Learning ResourcesReprographics & Reading Intervention Assistant to join our friendly office team.
This is a varied and impactful role for someone who enjoys working with young people and is passionate about supporting literacy learning and student success. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing our Learning Resource Centre coordinating reprographics services and delivering reading interventions helping to foster a positive reading culture across the academy.

Promote LRC (Learning Resources Centre) engagement to maximise student use and support a vibrant reading culture.
Manage the selection development and procurement of resources.
Manage the schools reprographics service including daily printing of cover work and teaching materials.
Support the schools literacy and reading strategy.
Deliver targeted interventions to improve reading fluency comprehension and confidence.
Assess and track student progress using appropriate literacy tools.

Has strong administrative and IT skills with excellent attention to detail.
