Learning Mentor What the Role Involves
As a Learning Mentor youll become a consistent adult for pupils who need stability encouragement and belief. Supporting students in lessons during interventions and around the school youll help them regulate emotions build confidence and re-engage with learning while working alongside teachers therapists and pastoral staff.
Learning Mentor What the School is Looking For
The school is looking for resilient patient and emotionally intelligent individuals who can build trust and remain calm under pressure. Experience in education is welcomed but backgrounds in youth work mentoring residential care coaching or similar environments are equally valued.
