Job Summary

Learning & Development Admin Assistant x2 positions

Based: Coalville Leicestershire (Home-based with a requirement to work from Memorial House at least 2 days per week)

Hours: 21 hours per week flexible working arrangements available

Salary: 14934.60 - 16594.20 per annum (pro ratad salary)

(24891 - 27657 per annum FTE) (RFJ 3 People & Strategy)

The role

We are looking for two enthusiastic and organised Learning & Development Admin Assistants to join our friendly team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service keeping things organised and ensuring every detail is accurate. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of learning and development activities across the organisation helping colleagues access the training and development they need to succeed.

Working closely with managers colleagues and external training providers you will coordinate training events maintain learning records respond to enquiries and provide efficient administrative support. No two days will be the same making this an ideal role for someone who thrives in a busy and varied environment.

We offer flexibility around how the 21 hours are worked; however applicants must be available to work on Wednesdays in the office.

The ideal candidate

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Effective organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent accuracy and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to use online systems and databases to input update and retrieve information accurately.
  • Strong digital and ICT skills including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive professional and helpful approach.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to support colleagues across the organisation.

Previous administrative experience is desirable although full training will be provided.
