You will lead a dynamic team to deliver highquality curriculumlinked learning experiences grow our schools and community engagement and champion the Brooklands Innovation Academy as a flagship STEM programme. This role is perfect for a creative collaborative leader who is passionate about inspiring the next generation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead develop and evaluate all schools and formal learning programmes

Shape and grow the Brooklands Innovation Academy

Oversee community family and holiday engagement activities

Manage and support the Learning & Engagement team

Oversee budgets targets and programme development

About You

Experienced in museum heritage or educationbased learning

Skilled leader with strong communication and relationshipbuilding abilities

Confident in curriculum-linked programme development especially STEM

Highly organised creative and solutionsfocused

Committed to inclusive accessible and highquality learning experiences
