Full-time role 37.5 hours a week Term Time only (45 weeks)
RNAS Yeovilton

Due to the nature of this role you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.

What youll be doing:

• Providing Learning and Development advice guidance information and support to Service Personnel to help them access and prepare for education and learning and continuing professional development courses throughout their career

• Promoting and facilitating opportunities for accessing and funding externally delivered elective learning opportunities

• Actively seeking opportunities and exploring new methods to promote the use of the services available through the Hub

• Coordinating learning credit schemes for learners

• Organising promoting and delivering annual learning and development open days

What were looking for:

• Strong Administrator

• Good communication skills both written and verbal

• Strong IT skills using Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work within a team and independently

• Knowledge of the education system would be an advantage

• Must be able to be cleared to UK SC level
