Job Summary

Learning Administrator 37.5 hours per week

Starting salary 24995 per annum with room to develop and progress through the pay grade banding up to 25371 per annum.

At Keech Hospice were looking for a passionate and proactive Learning Administrator to support education training research and community initiatives that help improve the lives of people with life-limiting conditions and those important to them. Working as part of our friendly Learning Team youll help deliver learning opportunities that make a real difference across healthcare social care and our local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training events and learning activities
  • Manage bookings registrations and shared inboxes
  • Support our Learning Management System and reporting
  • Help deliver conferences workshops and community projects
  • Provide essential support to a dynamic and innovative team

What were looking for:

  • Proven administrative experience with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office Teams and databases
  • Outstanding organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • A customer-focused friendly and professional approach
  • A passion for supporting learning and helping others succeed

Keech Hospice provides free specialist palliative and end of life care for people of all ages. We support adults in Bedfordshire. Children and their families in Bedfordshire Hertfordshire and Milton Keynes. At home in hospice or wherever were needed.
