Job Title: Learner Services Administrator

Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent
Hours per Week: 37 per week
Working Pattern: Monday Thursday 8:30am 4:30pm and Friday 8:30am 4:30pm
Salary: 26178 to 27631 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)

About the Role
To provide a welcoming professional and effective front of house service for the Learner Services department. To work as part of a team to provide a high-quality customer focused centralised Learner Services function across the department. To provide administrative support for the Learner Services department.
Requirements
Must-Have:
Hold a minimum of Level 2 qualification in Maths and English
Possess a relevant professional qualification
Appropriate qualification in the field of expertise e.g. Multi-Agency Working etc.
Evidence of directly relevant training and development activities/updating (in addition to College training days
Experience of working with a wide range of agencies and or stakeholders
