As our Lead Veterinarian youll work alongside a supportive Practice Manager and experienced team to create a positive collaborative environment where everyone thrives. Youll also have network support from our Regional Manager & Vet Manager.
Your role:
Provide clinical leadership and support to the team
Collaborate with the Practice Manager on clinic requirements
Mentor and develop veterinarians and nurses
Promote a positive and collaborative clinic culture
Drive high clinical standards and patient care outcomes
Maintain a varied caseload of medicine and surgery
Full-time is preferred but we are open to discussing part-time depending on yours and the clinics needs

About you:
BVSc (or equivalent) and eligible for a full Victorian registration
5 years Veterinary experience is preferred
Leadership experience is welcomed but not essential
Passion for mentoring teamwork and clinical excellence
A positive collaborative fun and grounded approach
