As Facilities Manager you will take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the school site ensuring the premises remain safe compliant and well maintained.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing planned and reactive maintenance

• Overseeing contractors and service providers

• Leading health and safety compliance across the site

• Supporting refurbishment and improvement projects

• Monitoring premises budgets and expenditure

• Ensuring a high standard of security and site presentation

The successful candidate will be organised proactive and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Previous facilities premises estates or site management experience is essential.
