The successful candidate will work across a structured shift pattern to coordinate and facilitate the secure opening closing and lockup routines of the academy premises. Primary responsibilities include executing skilled building maintenance tasks (such as minor carpentry basic plumbing repairs painting and security hardware fixes) monitoring the building management systems (BMS) and conducting routine statutory safety monitoring (including water temperature testing playground safety sweeps and fire door logs). You will also oversee the cleaning team assist with major layout setups for examinations or community events and manage incoming logistical deliveries.
You will support seamless communication with the Site Manager teaching staff and external contractors responding efficiently to maintenance requests logged via the schools internal digital tracking database. Absolute reliability a proactive problem-solving mindset and strong time-management skills are necessary to balance physical fabric repairs with compliance logging.

Basic IT literacy with the ability to check registers and update maintenance tickets on digital dashboards
Ability to work effectively and flexibly across a rotating shift pattern (including early mornings and evening lockups)
