Were working with a successful mixed secondary school trust in Southwark that is looking to appoint a Facilities Manager on a full-time permanent basis.
Supporting two schools within the trust youll take the lead on ensuring both sites remain safe compliant and well maintained working closely with senior leaders to deliver an excellent environment for students staff and visitors.

As Facilities Manager youll be responsible for the day-to-day management of both school sites ensuring buildings grounds and compliance standards are maintained to the highest level.
Responsibilities include:
Managing planned and reactive maintenance
Leading health and safety and statutory compliance
Managing contractors and external service providers
Overseeing premises budgets and facilities projects
Supporting site security and safeguarding procedures
Working closely with school leaders to continually improve the learning environment
The successful candidate will be organised proactive and confident managing multiple priorities across two busy school sites.

Contract: Full-time permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Previous experience as a Facilities Manager Estates Manager Site Manager or Premises Manager within a school environment is essential.
Youll have strong organisational skills excellent communication and a proactive approach to maintaining safe compliant and welcoming school environments.
