• Establish and continuously improve AI-assisted design workflows that increase quality speed and consistency across the design process.

• Ensure AI-assistedworkremainsgrounded in customer insight accessibility design-system guidance business context engineering realitiesand responsible human judgment.

• Coach and mentor designers through feedback pairing design critiques and responsible AI practices helping raise both individual capability and overall team quality.

• Working familiarity with front-end development concepts(particularly React Native JavaScript or TypeScript component-based UI layout systems and native mobile constraints)isbeneficial but notrequired and cansupport stronger engineering collaboration realistic prototyping and implementation quality.
